However, it has no unsafe districts or ghettos, so the crime rate is spread evenly. You can also attend the Kaunas Jazz Festival, the Klaipeda Castle Jazz Festival, Vilnius International Film Festival and the Tamsta Music Festival.

• The Bernardinai Garden, a nine-hectare park in Vilnius. The garden is divided into parkland, a botanical exposition, a monastery exposition, and recreational territory with a children’s amusement park.

• The Europos Parkas, or the Park of Europe,  a 50-hectare open-air museum that exhibits nearly 100 different works from over 25 countries, including Japan, Mexico, Russia, the United States, France, and Germany.

• The Lithuanian Sea Museum, opened in 1979 which is a combination of a museum/aquarium and one of the most popular tourist sites in Lithuania. The aquarium is home to many animals, including many species of Lithuanian freshwater fish and numerous fish species from the Baltic Sea. There are also exhibits of penguins, gray seals, dolphins and sea lions.

• The Grutas Park, a cultural center that has a range of quirky relics from the Soviet era as well as an adjoining sculpture garden.
